Joint Pain – A Common Yet Treatable Disorder

What is Joint Pain?

Joint pain refers to discomfort, aches, or inflammation in one or more joints of the body — commonly the knees, shoulders, elbows, hips, or fingers. It may be acute (short-term) or chronic (long-lasting) and is often associated with stiffness, reduced mobility, and swelling. It can affect people of all ages but is more common with age.

Causes of Joint Pain

Joint pain can arise due to multiple reasons such as:

  • Arthritis (Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Gout)
